Subscription Services
Our platform operates on a subscription model with recurring monthly payments. Upon subscription, users are billed automatically every month unless they cancel their subscription before the renewal date.
Refund Eligibility
- No Refunds for Partially Used Subscription Periods: Once a subscription has been activated, we do not offer refunds for partial or unused portions of the month.
- Refunds for Billing Errors: If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or there is an error in billing, you may contact us within 14 days of the charge for a full review. If a billing error is found, a refund will be issued.
- First-Time User Exception: For first-time users of Denomos, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our platform during your first 7 days of use, you may request a refund, and we will refund your first month's payment in full. Requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations
- Subscription Renewals: If you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal date, the charge for the next month's subscription will be non-refundable.
- Trial Offers and Discounts: Subscriptions obtained through trial offers or promotional discounts are non-refundable. Be sure to cancel the subscription before the trial or discount period ends to avoid charges.
- No Refunds for Service Interruptions: We do not provide refunds for any temporary interruptions in service or access to the platform unless the interruption lasts more than 48 hours consecutively.
